Following this tenure, John continued his work in the commercial marketplace but also developed a practice in the Transportation Industry. His representation to clients continues to be in these arenas. John is an accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and has been representing his client’s business needs for over 30 years.

Paul Rivera
Previously worked in retail banking and now has over 15 years of experience in the industry. He worked for the 3rd largest brokerage firm in the world in the upper middle market to national account space. His book of business was primarily construction, manufacturing, and transportation accounts.
Paul possesses a solid background in marketing strategy, loss analysis, coverage comparisons, and contract reviews.
Paul will be your main point of contact for your day-to-day servicing needs.

Mike Williamson
Previously owned two Farmers Insurance Agencies, which he left to join RTI, bringing over 12 years of industry experience. As a former business owner, Mike brings a unique perspective to clients and their insurance needs. His insurance knowledge extends from transportation, energy and construction to schools and municipalities.

Jim Welsh
Started in the industry as an underwriter in the Energy Division at a large National Carrier. He also has experience in the Surplus Lines Industry specializing in larger, hard-to-place accounts as well as running a local branch of a national broker. He has been producing on the retail side for over 10 years in the Pittsburgh area handling energy, transportation, real estate, and manufacturing accounts.
Jim has been a member of the Insurance Club of Pittsburgh for many years and has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry.

Kyle Goda
Kyle is a proud graduate of Florida State University, where he laid the foundation for his career in the insurance industry. He further honed his expertise by recently graduating from the prestigious Hartford Insurance School of Risk Management and Insurance, where he earned a top-tier designation and graduated at the very top of his class. Kyle specializes in helping transportation companies navigate their insurance and safety challenges, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. His combination of academic excellence and industry experience makes him a valuable asset to his clients.

Jeff King
Jeff started his career in the Surplus Lines Industry before taking on roles within small business. Prior to joining RTI, Jeff served as Chief of Staff for Pennsylvania State Senator Devlin Robinson. Among many roles, Jeff spent much time working with Municipalities and Schools on local issues and grant funding requests. Jeff has served on multiple boards within the state and holds a broad knowledge and understanding of community needs and resources.
